The low blood pressure control is one of the biggest challages we face now，as said in your article, At the time of enrollment, most patients were taking two or more classes of antihypertensive medications, but only 37.3% had blood pressure below 140/90 mm Hg at baseline. Blood pressure control was significantly increased in both groups, 75.4% and 72.4% respectively. What do you think about the contribution of Benazepril in this result?

3. 贝那普利为基础的联合治疗显著提高心血管疾病高危的高血压人群的血压达标率，这一结果能否推广到一般的高血压人群？或者您如何预测？
The combination therapy Benazepril plus Amlodipine or Hydrochlorothiazide achieved exceptional blood pressure control rates in high risk patients with hypertension. Can we extend this result to all the patients with hypertension?

4. ACCOMPLISH研究结果证实，贝那普利+氨氯地平联合较贝那普利+氢氯噻嗪联合使主要终点降低19.6%，提示贝那普利+氨氯地平是一种更好的降压组合，这种获益能否推广到ACEI+CCB联合呢？
The results of primary endpoint indicated that Benazepril plus Amlodipine is a better combination for hypertension. Can we expect the similar benefit for all the combination of ACE inhibitor plus CCB?

5. ACCOMPLISH研究在ACC 2008年会上公布的数据显示：在随访至 30个月时，贝那普利+氨氯地平组（ACEI+CCB）组与贝那普利+氢氯噻嗪组（ACEI+HCTZ）组的血压控制率（血压<140/90 mm Hg）分别从基线的37.9%和37.2%升至81.7%和78.5%，而在《新英格兰医学杂志》发表的最终数据显示：这两组的血压控制率分别达到75.4%和72.4%，如何解释这一血压控制结果的差别？
As announced at ACC 2008, in the ACCOMPLISH study, there were 81.7% of patients in Benazepril -Amlodipine group and 78.5% in benazepril–hydrochlorothiazide group reached blood pressure goals at 30 month follow-up. But the final result published in 《The New England Journal of Medicine》showed that the control were 75.4% and 72.4% respectively, how to explain the difference?
